Morgan Stanley organized a design competition for the entry Lobby to the Trianon high-rise in Frankfurt. The purpose was to re-organise the Lobby and Atrium to include additional functions and increase its attractiveness to the public. The competition included the ground floor and the three floors above it around the Atrium. In order to allow for a phased construction, minimum and maximum fit-out alternatives were developed.

AUKETT+HEESE's design includes new retail units with direct street access, a restaurant area with garden terrace, a café-bar as a meeting point for office workers and visitors, a High Class Business Lounge with spaces for conference, networking and wellness, as well as additional tenant spaces on several floors.

A sculptural red band connects the outside and inside of the Lobby and leads the visitor to the centrally located reception desk. Green plants, water pools, light effects, mobile walls and an optimised circulation were implemented to channel the different streams of people, create event areas and allow a flexible use of the space.

GFA: 3,600 sqm.
